Tell us About Your Health Service

We would like to have a chat with you all, about your health services and how you feel about them.
We want to know if you have any problems going to see your Doctor, Dentist, optician or hospital.
We also want to know if your health services are very good.

Why do we want to know?
The people who pay for these services (commissioners) want to make sure people with learning disabilities and Autism are getting the same good service as everyone else.
We will come and talk to you on Friday March 22nd at 10.30am
