Active Support Service - Our Team
We have a well-trained and efficient team
We have a large team of support workers across the county. All our Support Workers and Staff Team complete the Care Certificate and then complete NVQ's or Diplomas in Health and Social Care at level 2 or above. Specialist training is provided to staff undertaking specific roles, for example PEG feeding, administering medication, hoisting and so on.
The support teams are supervised by a diverse and highly experienced management team. This includes care coordinators and a rota planning team.

Support and care can be provided in any community setting (home, work, day service, hospital, and temporary accommodation) .We operate across the whole of Northamptonshire. Our trained staff take a professional and compassionate approach towards individual needs, looking to make a positive contribution to those they support and care for. We also provide services to elderly customers, which can include personal care, support to appointments, cleaning, wellbeing visits and assistance with meals.”
