Can you provide effective and good quality support to customers as part of their person centred plan? Can you support customers in their homes and to access the community and enable them to maintain independence?.
Are you open, honest and flexible in your approach to customers, understanding their needs by reading through their individual support plans?
Can you ensure effective and continuous communication between yourself and the organisation, with regular updates to your line manager?
If you have these skills then we are always looking for patient and empathetic people who have great communication skills and are willing to train. Drivers with access to a car for work are always required.
