Care in the Home
Person centered care in the home, it is all about you! When looking for a service to provide support and care to you, it is important that you are involved at all times, and are in control.
We will arrange to visit you at a convenient time, to undertake an initial assessment of your requirements. Your support needs will be discussed; we will help you to devise a support plan which encompasses all of your needs.
When you are happy with the agreed support plan, we will arrange a start date and plan a rota of support times, a month in advance. You will know which staff to expect, and at what time.
We pride ourselves on the fact that we never send strangers to care for you in your home. We will ensure all staff assisting you are introduced to you on a 1- 1 basis, by the manager that completed your first assessment. Once support starts, you will have a small team of regular staff supporting you, to ensure a consistent and smooth service is delivered.
Always ask our staff to show their ID badges, if you are unsure, please telephone the office for confirmation.
