Active Support Service - Our Team

We have a well-trained and efficient team

We have a large team of support workers across the county.  All our Support Workers and Staff Team complete the Care Certificate and then complete NVQ's or Diplomas in Health and Social Care at level 2 or above. Specialist training is provided to staff undertaking specific roles, for example PEG feeding, administering medication, hoisting and so on.

The support teams are supervised by a diverse and highly experienced management team. This includes care coordinators and a rota planning team.
