Our Team

We have a well-trained and efficient team

We have a large team of support workers across the county. Support workers are trained firstly to Care Certificate level, then on to core subjects, before going on to achieve Diploma’s in Health and Social Care at Level 2. 80% of our staff team have NVQ’s or Diplomas at Level 2 or above. Specialist training is provided to staff undertaking specific roles, for example PEG feeding, administering medication, hoisting and so on.

The support teams are supervised by a diverse and highly experienced management team. This includes care coordinators and a rota planning team.
